When I start backspacing and hold it down for a minute, then when I let go, it just continues to erase words, sometimes two or three words than I want it to. I usually use Firefox. It might be a firefox thing? I have also seen it happen on Linux SUSE. That might also have something to do with it. I have noticed once or twice when this backspace thing did not happen, but I don't remember what, or if, I did anything different. Often I am on a Linux, then my MacBook, then our home PC all in the same day. Actually I just used it on FireFox here on campus (on a PC with Windows) and it worked fine.
